Agency fee/per person:
A, $160 : Assistance with form completion and preparation of all application materials (The applicant must provide the necessary information, original documents, and electronic copies of other required materials).
B, $100 : Guide applicants to complete the application form and prepare materials according to the checklist. ETK will handle the document processing at the consulate.
Methods of Payment: Zelle, Check, Cash, Money Order
Processing time: After we receive the complete set of application materials, the process usually takes about two weeks. However, please allow at least three weeks as a precaution, as consulate policies frequently change, and additional documents may occasionally be required.
Pickup : Once the document processing is complete, if you are unable to pick it up from our office in New Jersey, please prepare a prepaid return envelope. An additional $10 return handling fee will be charged for ETK.

Fill out the application form and prepare the materials according to the checklist:

- Passport (The remaining validity must be more than 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages or must be valid for more than 1 year for a Multiple Entries Visa )

- The applicant’s photo must be successfully uploaded. (If the upload fails, you may continue filling out the form. After completing it, do not submit it yet. Instead, send us the electronic version of your photo, and we can assist with the upload.)

- Field 5.4 (Email Address) is mandatory. (For children without an email, a guardian’s email can be used.)

- Applicants born in China must fill in their Chinese name in field 1.1D.

- After completing the form, if you are unsure whether it has been filled out correctly, do not submit it. Instead, prepare your application number and passport number, and contact our agent for assistance.
- After submission, a PDF application form will be generated. At this point, any errors cannot be corrected, and you can only fill out a new application form.
2. Print Application From and Signature Instructions:
All documents must be printed single-sided. Double-sided printing is not allowed.
“China Visa Online Application Confirmation Page”:

- Must be printed on a single page, including the signature section at the bottom.
-
- The applicant must sign and date the form by hand.
-
- For applicants under 18, a guardian may sign on their behalf.
“Visa Application Form of the People’s Republic of China”:
- Depending on the applicant’s responses, the form will generate 8 to 10 pages.
- The full set must be printed single-sided and submitted to the consulate.
- The signature and date on page 7 or 8 must be handwritten by the applicant.
- For applicants under 18, a guardian must sign on their behalf and also sign the “Assistor’s Signature” section.
Special Instructions for Chinese-born Applicants:

- Field 1.6H in the application form is mandatory for all applicants born in China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).

- If applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, this section will be automatically generated during the online application.

- If the applicant has previously applied for a Chinese visa, this field will not appear online and must be completed manually after printing. This section cannot be left blank.

A. Contents of S1, S2, Q1, Q2 Visa Invitation Letter

B. Contents of M, F Visa Invitation Letter:
a. Personal information of the invitee: name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc.
b. Information about the invitee’s visit to China: reason for coming to China, date of arrival and departure, place of visit, relationship with the inviting unit or inviter, who will pay for the travel, etc.
c. Inviting party information: inviting party name, address, telephone number, official seal, legal representative or inviter’s signature, date, etc. (the information must be included in the text of the invitation letter)
2. (For Q Visa): A copy of both sides of the inviter’s Chinese ID card or A copy of the inviter’s passport information page and Chinese permanent residence permit (both sides).

Any missing or incorrect documents may result in additional processing time or rejection of the application.

The applicant is not required to be present in person but must submit the application to the appropriate consulate according to the consular jurisdiction of the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General in the United States. If the application is not submitted to the correct consulate based on the jurisdiction, it may be rejected.

The applicant must ensure that all submitted materials are true and accurate. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the visa application being denied or entry to China being refused.

If necessary, consular officers may request additional supporting documents or require the applicant to attend an interview.

Consular officers will decide whether to issue a visa based on the individual case, including the type of visa, validity, duration of stay, and number of entries. It is currently known that first-time visa applicants whose Chinese ID and household registration have not been canceled may only be granted a one-year multiple-entry visa.
